Get acquainted with Italian and Campania wines (paired with some fabulous local cheese and charcuterie)! This afternoon sommelier-led tasting experience features 3 fine Italian wines paired with some of the country’s best artisan cheese and charcuterie.
We love focusing on indigenous Italian grape varietals and unique local styles. Our cheese and charcuterie board is a perfect complement to the wine, and we are proud to source our cheese and charcuterie directly from the producers.
We will start with some Prosecco Wine Valdobbiadene DOCG, and continue with Campania white wines such as Falanghina, Fiano di Avellino or Greco di Tufo.
We will then taste excellent Campania Red Wines: Agliano or Piedirosso.
Our selection of cheese includes the famous Caciocavallo Sorrentino and Grana Padano (or Parmigiano Reggiano), accompanied by an assortment of local charcuterie: Salame Napoletano, Prosciutto di Venticano, Capocollo Irpino.
